Alkhaja general trading was established way back in the 70’s by late Mr. Mohd
Amin Alkhaja and was well known in the hotel and hospitality industries mainly for furniture upholstery and shades.
We have been importing conopy and shades and furniture fabrics from germany,
japan, korea, usa, turkey, pakistan and india. Earlier we had our show room and uphostrey workshop in fish round about area and then moved the show room to Al Falasi building on Abu Backer Al Siddiqi road and very recently shifted to our own house in the Alkhabeisi area. After the death of the founder, the company is now owned by his immediate family with an indian partner and main area of business is limited to import/ export and retail sales of Sunbrella/Dickson indoor and out door fabric, canopy fabrics, PVC Tarpaulin, Cotton Canvas and Clear Nylon sheets and other accessories for upholstery and shades Our main suppliers are Janjigian from USA, Vowalon from Germany, Active design from UK, Fenoplast from India, Cooper Canvas Industries from Pakistan, Dickson from Europe, Karsam from Belgium and Lebanon and Topuno from Taiwan. We always keep reasonable quantity in stock of all most all the items that we trade and others we import and deliver within 7 to 10 working days depending on their availability at the factory or the supplier abroad.
